It is our pleasure to present two projects that we are developing on the island of Krk. In the village of Kras, we have constructed 2 villas with heated pools, while in the village of Brzac, we are preparing a project with a total of 7 villas, also featuring heated pools. Both projects are intended for year-round rental.

Kras is a small village in the municipality of Dobrinj, located in the geographical center of the island of Krk, at an elevation of 266 meters above sea level. It is 7 km away from the sea, with distances of 10 km to Vrbnik, 8 km to Malinska, 12 km to Krk, and 14 km to Punat. Villas 1 and 2 are surrounded by peace and greenery, providing an ideal setting for enjoying a yearly vacation away from the everyday hustle and bustle.
Villa Silvia features 4 bedrooms with bathrooms, while Villa Tatjana has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, both categorized as 4-star accommodations. Both villas are equipped with underfloor heating, allowing for a comfortable stay throughout the entire year. The pools also have water heating, making swimming possible even during colder months.
Brzac is a village in the municipality of Krk, located at the far west of the island of Krk, in an area known as Šotovento. It is 1 km away from the sea, offering views of the island of Cres. The distance to Malinska is 10 km, and to the town of Krk is 12 km. The villas are situated approximately 800 meters from the sea, categorized with 4 stars, and have floor areas ranging from 180 to 215 m2. Each villa consists of 4 bedrooms with bathrooms.
